Thank you for shopping with SCENT'S BY MENA. At SCENT'S BY MENA, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our fragrance products, we have specific guidelines to ensure the quality and hygiene of every purchase.

returns and exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged during delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.

Note: We do not accept returns for opened or used perfumes due to hygiene and contamination risks.

Return Timeframe

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unworn/unused.

Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Once verified, you’ll receive instructions for return or exchange.
  3. Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom orders

shipping and delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return

shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery within Lagos takes 1–2 days, while deliveries outside Lagos take 2–4 days, depending on the location or region
